I am fortunate to work in a field I enjoy, and one that provides countless opportunities to positively influence the people I represent.
I took a somewhat unconventional path on my way to becoming an attorney in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads. My early experience was in military service in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves. During this time I witnessed a legal battle in which service members were treated more as government property than as individuals, simply because of legal technicalities.
This served as an example of how the law can influence people’s lives on a very personal level, and inspired me to pursue a career in law.

I have found on-going success in so-called “no win” cases, having developed a skill for uncovering hard-to-find details that shifted arguments in my clients’ favor.

Caring and Dedicated Staff
BLUE – Our canine office Mascot, visits the office regularly and happily greets our clients upon entering. He is hypo-allergenic, so no need to worry about allergies.
ESTHER – Utilizing her Associate’s degree in Legal Office Management and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/minor in Criminal Justice, she welcomes the challenges of working in Attorney Marle’s fast-paced law office with his diverse clientele base.
JULIE – Starting her career by helping others now that her youngest is in college. Julie eagerly greets clients and potential clients with compassion and understanding. We receive numerous compliments about Julie and know she is a wonderful “asset” for our firm.
LISA – Previously worked for a large firm in Philadelphia, she truly enjoys the opportunity to give individual attention to each of our clients.
